Hi my names Brooke and im from Australia. I am not gay but I am doing a project for school about homosexuality. I find it hard to understand y people r so unexcepting. Your web site has been a real eye opener 4 me and will be for the rest of my class when i present my essay. I am sincerely sorry to hear of your loss. My cousin and best friend just 'come out of the closet' and he's finding it hard to cope with the critisism and it would be great to have your advice.Any way the point of me writing was i'd love it if i could sort of 'interveiw' u.or maybe could u please send me some interesting facts about anything to do with homosexuality or some quotes that would lingre in the mind.If that makes any sense. Any way have a nice day Brooke Dear Friends, I just received your action alert and felt so sad. God pity Okoodang and rest his soul. I sincerely hope there won't be anything like this happening any more. I hope you understand that LGBT people here in Taiwan cares about Okoodang and LGBT groups in Korea. In solidarity, From The Taiwan Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Assciation (TGLHRA) (tglhra-office@umail.hinet.net) dear friend.. hi love what i have to tell you in short,is ,that JUST CONVERT YOUR GUILT ( that has been created by society) in to pure REBEL. This is the only way . bye nirav amrit from india/jabalpur city. I think about many things as a human rights activist as I sit at my desk wondering if it makes a difference. I see the picture of my 3 month old daughter on my desk and wonder what it will be like for her global generation and the GLBT youth. I have counseled my bestfriend when he was younger out of suicide because he was unhappy with the discrimination he encountered as young gay man. My partner works with youth as a teacher and advisor to keep their spirits high and strong in regards a student they knew who was killed this year because he was transgender. I breathe in a moment to know that time does change and awaken. I write this letter to share my sympathy. And I write this letter in hopes you can use time to heal. Love to You. -- Sunny Dawn IGLHRC Office Manager International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission (IGLHRC) 1375 Sutter Street., Suite 222* San Francisco, CA 94109 * USA ph: +1-415-561-0633 * fx: +1-415-561-0619 Dear Friends, I just received your action alert and felt so sad.
